Before joining Epam, Adam served as the VP of Quality and DevOps Engineering at Lincoln Financial Group where Adam was responsible introducing and leading the DevOps and Quality Engineering transformation across Technology. Prior to joining Lincoln, Adam was the senior director of technology for advanced testing and release services at Capital One Financial Corporation. While at Capital One, he provided leadership for the agile transformation of their quality assurance group and led the enterprise adoption of DevOps and Continuous Testing.
Jen Krieger is a technology enthusiast with 25+ years of experience in delivering software and infrastructure development products in open source software environments. She is passionate about building strong happy teams, taking a no BS approach, and ensuring that effective lean process improvement is a cornerstone of any organizations she supports. She is most proud of the time she spent as Red Hat's Chief Agilist, leading teams into agility in a way that respected and supported Red Hat’s commitment to Open Source, while modernizing and transforming their $2B Red Hat Enterprise Linux business. Jen now works for GitHub as the VP of Engineering Operations and Chief of Staff to the Chief Security Officer and SVP of Engineering.
Nathan Hamiel is Senior Director of Research at Kudelski Security where he leads the fundamental and applied research team, part of the Innovation group working to define the future of the company’s products and services. He focuses on emerging and disruptive technologies and their intersection with information security. This research includes new approaches to difficult security problems and the safety, security, and privacy of artificial intelligence.
