Desiree Lorell serves as Deputy Division Chief for Process Integration under the Chief Technology and Innovation Office, U.S. Space Force, Headquarters. Currently, Ms. Lorell leads USSF enterprise programs, fostering digital transformation and developing creative solutions. She represents USSF innovation at conferences, collaborates with project leads, and acts as a liaison to stakeholders. Her role involves resolving issues related to IT projects, coordinating with agencies, and enhancing USSF enterprise through research and development of technologies. Prior to joining USSF civilian service, Ms. Lorell defined and oversaw platform and systems portfolio, led marketing and engagement strategy, and engaged cross-functional teams for improvement efforts and managed program, contract, and budget oversight, contributing significantly to the innovation and effectiveness of learning technologies for the Defense Acquisition Workforce. Ms. Lorell facilitated executive leadership coaching and directed teams to train and develop warfighters in problem-solving methods and oversaw executive coaching programs to support business strategy.
